This budget includes providing fee paying Residents "free" recycling and green waste disposal
Q: Why is the Construction and Demolition Waste charged by weight rather than transport vehicle?
A: It is both more equitable (regardless of the vehicle that brings the CD or how loaded it might be) and more efficient for the operation of the Landfill and Billing

Q: Can “dead animals” be brought to the Saratoga or Encampment facility?
A: NO!
